The Sea in Dimma

This is the best known and perhaps the most beloved Bay of Chloraka. It was named so, because on the rocks above the fishermen made holes to tie (Dimma – lacing) their boats. It is known also as the Dimma of the boat. In this natural harbor all the children of the village tried to learn swimming. During the summer months, especially before tourist development, it was always full of life.
