Bill Payment
BILL PAYMENT Your bills must be paid by the due date mentioned on the bill.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- At the Community Treasury (at the community offices, during business hours as listed below).
- At the counters of Commercial Banks (Bank of Cyprus, Hellenic Bank, Alpha Bank) and all Cooperative Institutions (by depositing into the Community Council’s account).
- Water Supply consumers ONLY can also join the bill payment system via Direct Debit Order SEPA (EXPE) to the Community, and avoid unnecessary costs and hassles. In this case, their bill will only be sent to them for information.
- Online through JCC Smart. (Link: https://www.jccsmart.com/e-bill/28003028)
After the payment deadline has passed, bills can only be paid at the Community Treasury (at the Community offices) and through JCC.
Cheques should be made payable to Chlorakas Community and must be crossed.
If, for any reason, a resident leaves the community area, they are requested to settle any outstanding amounts at the Community Treasury for services such as garbage collection, Business Tax, Operating License, Water Supply, etc., and to inform the responsible community service for updates to the tax records.
