The West Paphos Community Services Complex (Empa – Lempa – Chloraka) informs the residents of our areas about the announcement of a new Housing Scheme for Moderately Paid individuals by the Cyprus Land Development Corporation (CLDC).

The scheme aims to support individuals and families who are struggling to secure housing through the open market. The CLDC is planning the development of residential projects, taking into account the availability of suitable state-owned land and, most importantly, the interest expressed through submitted applications.

In the communities of Empa, Lempa, and Chloraka, there is available state land for this purpose. The final decision for implementing a project in each area will be made by the CLDC based on the number of applications received.

Applicants must meet the following basic criteria:

• Nationality: Cypriots or EU citizens with permanent residence in Cyprus for at least 5 years.
• Ownership: Must not have owned suitable housing in the past 5 years.
• Family income: Must not exceed the following limits:

Financial resources: Must be able to provide a 20% down payment and secure financing for the remaining amount.

Application Submission:
Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope between 20 and 30 August 2025 to the offices of the respective Community Councils:
